The problem
Laundry across the Gulf is a huge but stubbornly offline trade: customers juggling phone orders and counter drop-offs, and cleaners with no booking software, no delivery fleet, and no online demand.
How it works
JustClean’s app lets users schedule laundry and dry-cleaning pickup with doorstep return through a network of partner cleaners, with logistics coordinated on its platform. On the supply side, cleaners manage daily schedules, availability, and sales reporting through JustClean Business tooling — SaaS plus delivery support that turns independent shops into a managed network.
Pain points
Untracked orders, rigid shop hours, variable quality, and for owners, missed calls and no data on their own business.
Business model
Order flow across consumer and business customers, monetised alongside SaaS subscriptions and logistics services for cleaners — then extended into car wash (at-home or station) across the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and KSA.
Challenges
Low average order values make every pickup kilometre count; service quality rests with independent partners; and each new country and vertical (car wash, deeper B2B) adds operational weight against regional rivals.
Funding
- Raised: $8M Series A from Faith Capital (2019); $8M Series B from Faith Capital Holding (Wamda, Sep 2020, over $20M raised since inception at that point); $6M round led by Gulf Investment Corporation with regional investors (Wamda, Mar 2022).
- Valuation: MISSING.
Latest — March 2022
